What I built
Two private weather applications. One targets the LilyGo T5 4.7 inch e-paper panel. The other targets the T5-ePaper-S3. Both are built around fetching weather and then sleeping, which is the only way a panel like that lasts on a small supply.
I have also shipped e-paper work on Waveshare panels with GxEPD. A current Upwork contract is specifically “extract weather from api.met.no and draw it on a Waveshare panel”. That contract is still in progress, so this page does not describe the client’s unit.
